MCWW will never leave you hanging when you purchase a watch from us. Sure, we don't have 50 different brands or give you free sunglasses but we do offer something other sellers can't, and that is knowledge. The knowledge to service and maintian what we sell.

Watches with quartz movements come with a certificate for one free battery change, pressure test, and return shipping. All subsequent battery changes will be offered at a discounted rate. Watches with mechanical movements qualify for one free regulation, pressure test, and return shipping to the original purchaser. See below for more details.

Free battery change is transferable. Watch must be sent to MCWW in accordinance with the shipping instructions posted on the contact page of www.motorcitywatchworks.com Service includes one free battery, dry pressure test up to watches rating or 7 ATM (whichever is lower) and all labor pertaining to this work. Return shipping is first class insured.

All subsequent battery changes will be offered at a 30% discount off our normal prices.

Return shipping is first class insured.

All new watches sold by MotorCity WatchWorks come with a 5 day return policy. Watches must be unworn and all plastic wrappings and tags must not have been removed. Watch and boxes can have no damage or wear, leather straps can have no creases. As this is a small family run business we do not keep hundreds of watches in stock, there will be no restocking fee, however your shipping cost to return the watch will not be refunded.
